Do you mean “What are the implications of posting a link to streaming media from another server?” (I didn’t watch the entire broadcast, so I wasn’t sure if you were referring to the content of the piece).
I’d imagine this constitutes “deep linking”, which most commentators suggest is not good practice, but it don’t think it consitutes a copyright breach as we’re not copying the material, rather playing it from the original server. Does that make sense?
