Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Living with OCD - India Haylor talks about the First Steps to Freedom self help group. OCD in Children Interview with Dr Isobel Heyman, Consultant Child Psychiatrist at the OCD Clinic in the Maudsley Hospital's Department for Children and Adolescents (currently the only national specialist clinic for young people with OCD) about her recent research which concluded that the condition goes frequently undiagnosed in children. Isobel's clinic website has general information about OCD in children: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) EMDR is now used for a wide range of complaints - post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and panic attacks. In Northern Ireland, where the Troubles have left a legacy of psychological trauma, some of the victims are being treated with EMDR. A report by Charlie Warmington.
